The&nbsp;<strong>EMICON FS<\/strong>&nbsp;system is finally ready for market rollout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-650e1a6b8fd031a29741637821c9436c\">PLASUS\u64f4\u5c55\u4e86\u5176\u8457\u540d\u7684EMICON\u7cfb\u5217\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u7b49\u96e2\u5b50\u9ad4\u76e3\u6e2c\u548c\u904e\u7a0b\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u70baHIPIMS\u548c\u8108\u885d\u7b49\u96e2\u5b50\u9ad4\u61c9\u7528\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5c16\u7aef\u958b\u767c\u3002EMICON FS\u7cfb\u7d71\u7d42\u65bc\u6e96\u5099\u597d\u63a8\u5411\u5e02\u5834\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.plasus.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/EMICON-FS-Front-Optics-small-1024x597.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4360\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>For&nbsp;<strong>F<\/strong>ast&nbsp;<strong>S<\/strong>pectroscopic measurements, the developers at PLASUS have achieved to reduce the integration time of the spectral data acquisition considerably to values well below the pulse length of typical HIPIMS processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c93cd3d798f87063fc5807f576447cee\">\u5c0d\u65bc<strong>\u5feb\u901f<\/strong>\u5149\u8b5c\u6e2c\u91cf\uff0cPLASUS\u7684\u958b\u767c\u4eba\u54e1\u5df2\u7d93\u5be6\u73fe\u4e86\u5c07\u5149\u8b5c\u6578\u64da\u63a1\u96c6\u7684\u7a4d\u5206\u6642\u9593\u5927\u5927\u7e2e\u77ed\u5230\u9060\u4f4e\u65bc\u5178\u578bHIPIMS\u904e\u7a0b\u7684\u8108\u885d\u9577\u5ea6\u7684\u503c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This results in an unprecedented time resolution of the spectral data which enables a deeper insight in the evolution of plasma composition during the pulse. For example, the following data shows how the concentration of argon builds up almost immediately after the voltage onset whereas the metallic species follow by a delay of 20 \u00b5s . Note that there is no difference between the time behavior of the neutral Ti and the ionic Ti<sup>+<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c0e5d8d485b5d780de0f6bf3e286d1de\">\u9019\u5c0e\u81f4\u4e86\u5149\u8b5c\u6578\u64da\u524d\u6240\u672a\u6709\u7684\u6642\u9593\u89e3\u6790\u5ea6\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u53ef\u4ee5\u66f4\u6df1\u5165\u5730\u4e86\u89e3\u8108\u885d\u671f\u9593\u7b49\u96e2\u5b50\u9ad4\u6210\u5206\u7684\u6f14\u8b8a\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6578\u64da\u986f\u793a\u4e86\u6c2c\u6c23\u7684\u6fc3\u5ea6\u5728\u96fb\u58d3\u555f\u52d5\u540e\u5e7e\u4e4e\u7acb\u5373\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u800c\u91d1\u5c6c\u7269\u8cea\u5247\u5ef6\u9072\u4e86 20 \u03bcs\u3002\u8acb\u6ce8\u610f\uff0c\u4e2d\u6027 Ti \u548c\u96e2\u5b50 Ti+ \u7684\u6642\u9593\u884c\u70ba\u6c92\u6709\u5340\u5225\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.plasus.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Pulse-resolved-Intensities-HIPIMS-TiO2-Metallic-Mode-1024x560.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4353\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>So far, such time resolution has been available only with spectroscopic high-end equipment. In contrast to those tools the&nbsp;<strong>EMICON FS<\/strong>&nbsp;system allows continuous monitoring with 24\/7 operation. The recording below shows the pulse sequence of the transition of a HIPIMS process from the reactive mode to the metallic mode. Valuable process details can be revealed not only in R&amp;D applications but also in production machines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-951cedd179a189690de9db8f1cea784b\">\u5230\u76ee\u524d\u70ba\u6b62\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u6642\u9593\u89e3\u6790\u5ea6\u50c5\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u5149\u8b5c\u9ad8\u7aef\u8a2d\u5099\u3002\u8207\u9019\u4e9b\u5de5\u5177\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c<strong>EMICON FS<\/strong> \u7cfb\u7d71\u5141\u8a31 24\/7 \u5168\u5929\u5019\u904b\u884c\u7684\u9023\u7e8c\u76e3\u63a7\u3002\u4e0b\u9762\u7684\u8a18\u9304\u986f\u793a\u4e86 HIPIMS \u904e\u7a0b\u5f9e\u53cd\u61c9\u6a21\u5f0f\u904e\u6e21\u5230\u91d1\u5c6c\u6a21\u5f0f\u7684\u8108\u885d\u5e8f\u5217\u3002\u6709\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u5de5\u85dd\u7d30\u7bc0\u4e0d\u50c5\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u7814\u767c\u61c9\u7528\u4e2d\u63ed\u793a\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u751f\u7522\u6a5f\u5668\u4e2d\u63ed\u793a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.plasus.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/PulseSequence-HIPIMS-TiO2-Recative-Metallic-Mode-1024x554.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4354\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Just like all other EMICON systems the&nbsp;<strong>EMICON FS<\/strong>&nbsp;system can be equipped with a wide range of industrial interfaces for integration in existing production machines.
